Ideally, I am looking to share the house with 1 person and ideally they are in a position where they are ready to move.
I look after a small dog normally on weekends.
Happy for viewings pretty much anytime. The home is located approximately 5-10 mins drive from Milton Keynes town centre.
There are 2 furnished average sized double rooms available in this shared home (1st approx 9ft x 8ft with bed and wardrobe, 2nd approx 11ft x 8ft which will be empty.) There is shared access to a kitchen and 1 small vacant bathroom for use (with bathtub, toilet, sink, cupboard). New house mate can make use of the small garden and free parking space available outside the garage.
Happy to do a significant discount if one person takes both rooms.
Each room is £500 including bills
Surrounding area (within a few minutes walk) has plenty of parks, large lake, pubs and local shops.
Tenancy deposit and 1 month's rent will be required on signing tenancy agreement and on moving in.
