I am looking to rent my annex in a quiet clean household.
My name is Dawn I am a young friendly 65 year old who loves walking and the outdoors. My son Luke he is 40 years old.
You must like pets as I have a medium sized dog and also a cat but you most likely will not see him as he is an indoor cat and he stays upstairs,
The annex to rent comprises of a double bedroom, your own bathroom and also your own living room with tv so you have your own space.
The use of a shared kitchen with oven, washing machine dishwasher. Also your own fridge.
You would also have use of garden space.
You would have off road parking.
This would be for a non smoking mature friendly Female who is working and looking to rent preferably for 6 months but hopefully longer term. Would reduce slightly if Monday-Friday only.
I am looking for someone who is friendly but respectful of own space, clean and tidy and will treat it like their home.
It is approx 5 minute drive to central Milton Keynes for the train station.
It is a few minutes drive or short walk to Bletchley train station where you can reach London in 45mins to 1 hour.
Close to local shops and close to lovely walks at Furzton lake.
Proof of ID and employment would be required.
Also a deposit upfront.
