Cosy double room

Cosy double room in a three bed house for rent. There is a large living room, garden, parking space and all bills and household amenities (such as toilet paper, cleaning products, kitchen roll etc) included.

I partly work on site with a few days working from home - one bedroom is an office - so you will be sharing the house with just me.

I like to cook and have a healthy lifestyle so looking for someone that is similar to share with. I’m looking for a student or professional for a minimum of 2 months and on a rolling one month contract for as long as we are both happy. The house has everything you will likely need.

The bedroom is a small and comfortable double, there is a double wardrobe, under-bed storage and an end of bed shelf/table. All the furniture was new last year, so you will have a new-ish bed and mattress. Shelves can be installed if more storage is needed. It has been recently painted and the carpets are also new. There is also a loft and shed which can be utilised for boxes or a bicycle.

I have a Bengal cat that is very important to me, so a cat lover would be perfect. Please do not contact me if you don’t like cats :)

I prefer to live with a female. But will consider a male tenant as well.
