I am seeking a like-minded, professional individual who is looking for accommodation in the area. The house has been recently refurbished in 2022, making it a comfortable and inviting space.
The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, with two bathrooms available for use. One bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, while the other contains a toilet and sink. The additional upstairs toilet provides convenience when the downstairs bathroom is occupied.
The house and surrounding area are peaceful, making it unsuitable for loud music or parties as I work from home.
Please be extra considerate of my work in the week when I am at home. Excessive noise, such as singing loudly in the shower, is not permitted.
The prospective tenant will have access to the living room and kitchen, which includes amenities such as a fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, oven hob, and breakfast bar.
I take great pride in maintaining a clean and organised household, and I kindly request that all residents do the same in order to keep our shared living space in top condition.
If you use any items in the house, please be sure to clean up after yourself.
The house is equipped with Vodafone Pro Gigafast 900 (FTTP) full fibre broadband for your convenience.
While visitors are welcome, please check with me beforehand. All overnight stays with girlfriends/boyfriends/partners are not permitted.
Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in the house, and pets are not allowed.
The council tax band for this property is B.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wall mirror unit, and cupboard.
