One double room to let

I've got a double room to let in a 3 bedroom house (terraced) in the Heelands area. MK13.

I'm looking to let this room out to a like-minded, professional person who is looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

This is a lovely house as it had been refurbished in 2022.

The living room is for shared use. As is the kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms in the house.

One comes with a bath and shower. The other has a toilet and a sink. The upstairs toilet is handy if the bathroom downstairs is in use at any given time.

The area is very peaceful as is the house, so no loud music or parties, as I work from home.

The prospective person who will stay here will have the use of the living room and the kitchen (with the fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, oven hob, breakfast bar etc.)

I keep a tidy house and would appreciate if the house is kept this way please; thus leaving things clean and tidy after use, especially as it’s a shared house.

If you make use of something in the house, you must clean up after yourself please.

Vodafone Pro Gigafast 900 (FTTP) full fibre broadband is provided at the house.

Visitors are welcome as long as you check with me first please. But no overnight stays are allowed.

The house is a no-smoking zone and NO drugs are allowed in the house or in the garden and other areas. No pets will be allowed.

The council tax band for this property is B.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wall mirror unit and a cupboard.

The carpet will be deep-cleaned before the next lodger arrives to take occupancy of the room.
