A 1 months deposit and 1 months rent in advance is required to secure the room. 6 months minimum stay. This room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.
Other flatmates are all professionals between 20-36 years old. All non-smokers, quiet and very respectful.

The house is conveniently located just 20 minutes walk from the city centre and CMK train station. 15-20 min walk from MK shopping centre, Sainsbury's, Tesco Express. M&S.
There are 3 parking spaces on the drive or on the road. The bus stop is just around the corner from the house.
The house is modern, very clean, tidy, warm and very well looked after.
The modern kitchen is newly installed with fab new Neff, Smeg appliances, extra storage and two fridges, freezer. There is filtered water from the kitchen tap, water softener for nice showers. The new LG washing machine, new Miele dryer.
