Two Storey Self Contained Annex, Single Occupancy

We have a Two Storey Self Contained Annex with its own entrance, available now on a Monday to Friday let, this is single occupancy only, no couples and I’m sorry, but we will not consider 7 days a week.
The Annex has a Lounge with 50” Tv, Leather recliner sofa, Table and Chairs,, Kitchen with Full size Oven, Hob, Integrated Fridge with Freezer compartment, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, pans, cutlery etc.
Upstairs is a Double Bed, Storage, En Suite Wet Room. Towels and Bedding are included. There is roadside parking by the house covered by CCTV.. SkyQ, WiFi and all bills included. The annex is adjoined to the main house that Myself, husband and son live in, so you have the whole annex to yourself and do not need to enter the main house at all. We also have dogs but they will not interfere with the tenant as they live in the main house with us and are very friendly.
