This is a double room with a single bed and a study table and sufficient closet space. Use of common bathroom and toilet. Ample, free off-street parking.
There is a kitchen with appliances, including washing machine, that may be shared with the family of the live-in landlord. A separate fridge is available in the kitchen for tenants' use.
The landlords follow a vegetarian diet and cannot accept cooking non-vegetarian food in any part of the house.
All bills included, nothing else to pay other than the room rent.
Landlord works from home so please no parties or loud noises.
