Close to amenities, including a Coop just a 3-minute walk away and a petrol station and shopping centre a quick 2-minute drive (15 minutes walking).
Surrounded by parks and green spaces, with Tattenhoe Valley Park just a 10-minute walk away.
The bathroom will be located just in front of your room door and will be exclusively for your use, as I have my own en suite. The cat litter is located in this bathroom.
Tidiness and consideration are a must as I am celiac (Gluten-Free).

Rental Details:

Minimum lease term: 3 months; maximum lease term: 1 year.
Rent includes utilities (water, gas, electricity).
Optional: Return home on Sunday evening instead of Monday for an additional £100 per month.
