The room includes all bills and has a luxury velvet otterman storage bed with upgraded mattress, built in wardrobe floor to ceiling mirror & concealed chest of drawers, writing bureau/desk with storage and velvet chair, room is sunny & windows open out to green space.
The house has a warm and homely vibe, a garden for the summer, conservatory with L shaped seating area, 55inch TV and games for occasional games evenings, excellent shared area with direct access via bi-fold doors to the garden.
All house mates are friendly and quiet professionals who enjoy the occasional games or food night with a very relaxed, clean & homely atmosphere.
No through road so a peaceful area too.

Luxury kitchen includes 2 x Miele oven, large fridge & freezer, 45inch TV, dishwasher, air fryer and lots of cooking gadgets.

A drying room with dehumidifier for everyone to dry their clothes so washing not hanging everywhere even in winter, plus 2 x washing machines & tumble dryer.

There is a place to store bikes & plenty of parking. Close to the city center & train station, but on a quiet street, 5 mins walk to Linford Wood which has great walks.
This would suit a respectful clean & tidy person/couple who enjoys a more homely friendly vibe yet cosy and quiet.
There is fast broadband, a filtered air system for the whole house that gets rid of pollen etc.
We travel alot and spend 8 months as campsite wardens so rarely at home.
