Cosy double room with private bathroom

We have a good size double bedroom to let in a 3 bedroom town house - available from 10 June with the sole use of the family bathroom.

My partner and I are both professionals. I work part time for a local school and my partner is a self employed engineer. We are both easy going and friendly. We are into rock climbing, running, hiking and mountain biking and usually go away every other weekend and most school holidays.

The room is very cosy and comes fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and blackout curtains. The bathroom is next to the room.

All bills are included in the price. Short term lets are considered. Westcroft shopping centre is 6 min walk from the house.
