I’m looking for a professional female tenant, who works full time (preferably not from home). No smokers or couples.
I have a beautifully furnished, modern double bedroom, which has a double bed, a bed side table, a single wardrobe, a chest of drawer and a study table.
The bathroom is right beside the room and not shared.
The house is only about 7 mins walk from the City Centre, and free roadside parking is also available. It’s close to local shops too.
The rent is £700 per month and includes all bills and super fast wifi.
As I’m a female live in landlord, I would like to know a little bit about you, and need proof of ID and work if you proceed onto to take the room.
