Spacious En-suite double bedroom in Central MK

Hello all!

I am looking for a female to replace me urgently starting July until November. It’s a spacious and modern 2-bed flat sharing with one other professional female. It’s right in Central Milton Keynes with 2 mins walk to Midsummer Mall and 15 mins walk to the station. There’s a bus stop at 3 mins walk (Milton Keynes theatre district) which can take you around Milton Keynes including the station. The flat is well-furnished with a sofa and dining table provided in the living room. It also comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The society is well-equipped with a gym, co-working space and lounge which you can use for free!

All bedrooms are en-suite so mine is available which is the master bedroom with a bath. It’s a double bedroom with plenty of storage. A lot of storage is also available in the living and dining area as well as the kitchen. Reception/Concierge is available always for any repairs or concerns and they’re very helpful!

I work in Finance and have to move out urgently for my job based in London. My flatmate is quite friendly and a working professional, she is also planning to move out soon so looking to take over my tenancy until November this year. Happy for someone to continue staying longer and take over the lead tenancy from her starting November.

WiFi is included in the rent but council tax, energy and water will have to be paid separately.

I had a great time living in the apartment but have to move out because of my job. Things are quite comfortable in the apartment and you’ll have plenty of privacy as well as a friendly face if you wish to have a chat!
