The house is very beautiful, immaculately clean and new, the location is great close to the shopping centre, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and to the train station.

The house (kitchen, bathroom) is fully furnished.

The rent includes all bills excluding Cleaner’s fee. You are responsible for cleaning the room, bathroom and kitchen
