Large (13 x 12ft) room in a new home with a south facing garden (sun all day and evening). The ideal home for someone who wants an easy going, drama free, clean, tidy home with the odd BBQ!

I’m a live in landlord, i work in marketing and occasionally away on work trips. My boyfriend also lives here and is often away with work also.

The dogs are 10 and 2, they don’t shed (hypoallergenic) and are well behaved.

The room comes with double bed with ottoman storage, new mattress, new duvet, pillows and covers. 2 bedside tables and large 4 drawer dresser and blackout curtains and will have built in wardrobes with full length mirror before you move in.

We’re into the gym, probably food a bit more! Nights in with Netflix and working on our first 5k.

You’ll see the house is a new build with plenty of space and very warm. Each month I’m improving it a little bit more (on track for a decking area and home gym by next summer!). The house is fitted with a security system and external cameras.

4 weeks deposit, short or long term term let, month by month rolling contract. Council tax band E. All bills included. House has super fast fibre broadband, Netflix, Sky and Amazon.

Plenty of parking on the estate, your bathroom will be shared with one other, (female grad student).

Bus route within 5 min walk, A5 right next to us, 12 minutes from city centre.
