I have a lovely large double bedroom with ensuite for rent which takes the whole of the top floor in a 3 storey terraced house.

The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a lot of additional storage - a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom and a good size shelved cupboard in the bathroom.

I have another lodger who is a 36 year old male and occupies one of the bedrooms on the first floor. He works nights between 5pm - 7 am. This needs to be considered by those who sometimes work from home.

My bedroom is also on the first floor. However, I spend most of the time at my partner's house so I won't be in the house a lot of the time.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in a walking distance to Westcroft shopping centre.
