Hi ladies, I have a welcoming home, calming and ideal for working female professionals during the working week (not weekends).

I am looking for someone who is mature, quiet, clean, tidy, non-smoking and non-vaping.

I have a lovely double room with single comfy bed and desk.

I offer a shower only, no baths, as one toilet in house and wish to not waste water.

Room only, no communal areas.

House with friendly cat but never goes in spare room.
