The ground floor accommodation offers use of the kitchen, dining room and conservatory leading on to an outside area with a washing line. There is space here to store pedal bikes, although not undercover.
The house is situated on a good bus route to Milton Keynes Shopping Centre, Milton Keynes Central Railway Station and Luton Airport. It is a 20 minute walk to Milton Keynes University Hospital. There is good road access to Jnc 13 & Jnc 14 of the M1 and the A421 to Oxford or Bedford (then on to Cambridge). There is ample on-street parking.
The house overlooks the Grand Union Canal and is close to several old villages with good pub restaurants. It is in a very attractive setting within the Ouzel Valley Parklands; where you can walk for miles without crossing a road.
Rent includes all bills including Utilities, Council Tax and Broadband (TV Licence incl). Contents or personal insurance is at your own cost.
I am looking for two lodgers who are in full time employment in a professional capacity, to share my house.
My family visit from time to time for a couple of days, and bring the grandchildren and dogs with them. The dogs are obedient and are only allowed on the ground floor.
