This is our family home, one son who is at University who comes home 3 out of 4 weekends.
We have one large well-furnished double bedroom available, on 1st floor with large family bathroom, shared at weekends with our son.
The ground floor accommodation offers use of the kitchen, dining room, utility room and gardens.
We are in a Cul-de-sac with good parking.

The house is walking distance (12 mins) to Milton Keynes Hospital and 10 mins walk to Milton Keynes Shopping Centre. CMK Train station approx. 25 minutes walk.

The Grand Union Canal is at the end of our road with good walks along park areas & River Ouzel, Lovely pubs / restaurants: The Cross keys, The Barge & Warbler on the wharf all within 10 mins walk.

Rent includes all bills including Utilities, Council Tax and Sky Broadband (TV Licence included).
Contents or personal insurance is at your own cost.

We will require proof of employment.

Last thing, we have a rescue dog (Cocker Spaniel) who you will need to ignore and not touch.
