Whole home to rent, 5 mintues from the city

I am looking to rent my house out, to someone who is clean, tidy and will make it there home.

I am relocating for work on the 1st April 2025, and I am looking to rent out one of my bedrooms and the rest of the property.

I live in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, 5 mintues drive from the city, close to shops and local parks and walks.

I will be coming back every 2 months for work for 1 week , and I would be staying in my room( where my items would be stored). I would advise dates in advance. I am happy to live with someone from mid February till I leave for a reduced rate.

The rented area includes ( living room/ kitchen- open plan, 1 double bedroom, bathroom , hallway, garden, driveway, storage in house)

-fully furnished
-Quiet and spacious area
-Train station and city centre 5 minutes drive
-Local amenities close by and transport links
-Parking
-Washer/ dryer
-Fridge freezer/ Oven

Bedroom
-Large Double bedroom with storage and desk .
-Fully furnished

There are two opinions for the bills

Everything(£1,100) ( price for a single person, a couple would be more).

Including
-Gas and electric
-Water
-Council tax
-Tv licence
-Wi-fi
-Gardner ( to maintain garden)

Without bills (£850) - same rate for couples including
- Rent
- Tv licence

No bills would allow the person to put the council tax, water, gas and electric in their own name. There would be no caps to how much water, gas and electric would be used.

The garden and house would need to be maintain throughout the year. Pets welcome but an additional deposit would be needed)

2 Reference required ( per a person) ,1 month’s rent upfront and deposit and credit checks to be completed.
