The house is surrounded by a friendly, quiet and clean neighbourhood.

I'm a student who just finished my studies and rented an unfurnished house with a group of friends. I am planning to move out for my new job and hence looking for a replacement. We have a contract till 31st March 2025

The house was rented as unfurnished and thus I had to buy some furniture which are displayed in the images. If you want to keep the furniture you will have to pay £160 separately, which is optional. The furniture includes: a double bed with a new mattress cover, floor lamp, and clothes rack (as shown in the images).
