Not an HMO, max 2 lodgers. Large double room available in 3 bed semi detached on non through street, therefore quiet street. 10 minute walk to Tesco Superstore and Lidl, 15 minutes walk to the Wolverton train station. High street is 5 minute walk with lots of take aways and a few pubs.

House is newly renovated to a high standard. The house has a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with sidew by side fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, slow cooker, electric kettle. There is a washing machine off the kitchen (seperate room) and a clothes line outside in the garden. Lots of seating in the living room. High speed Broadband provided. Large garden with patio. Off street parking available. The room has a comfortable double bed with built in wardrobes (x 2). There is a TV in the room. House has outdoor security cameras front and back.

House will have limited housemates, no more than 2. This is not an HMO. If your looking for a party house, this place isn't for you. Not suitable for students. No smokers, no pets, no kids. Will only consider clean, considerate, quiet housemate.

This is not your standard flatshare, and such, and I will be selective. Preference given to longer term lodgers.
