We require a holding deposit of £275 before we do credit checks.
If failed, we refund full amount. If passed, we require the remaining deposit. The deposit is the same as the amount of rent per month.
For example, the 1 bed larger flat goes for £1025, therefore we ask for £250 first, then once passed the remaining balance of £775.



In regard to the tenancy agreement. We prefer 12-month contracts. Anything longer, we would prefer a break clause post agreement.
