I have a room available for let in my house in Giffard Park.

The room is downstairs and is furnished with a single bed, desk, chest of drawers and clothing rail. There is space in the garage to store any furniture you don't want to use. £650 pcm including bills.

You would be living with me and my housemate, Boris. I work from home in the cabin in the garden, Boris works away from home Monday to Friday, and there’s another office space within the house that you would be welcome to use, or to keep stuff in. Ultra fast fibre broadband and other bills are included in the price.

The house is large, and in a very quiet and private end of cul-de-sac location, surrounded by greenery and next to the Grand Union Canal. There is a large, quiet garden that you would be welcome to use during weekday evenings and weekends. Use of a large shared living/dining room, large kitchen, and shared downstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

We have a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There is a double garage which you would be welcome to use for storage. There is off-street parking available on the drive. It is a 5 minute walk from a Tesco Express, and some bus stops taking you into the City Centre, Wolverton, and Newport Pagnell. A short walk from Willen Lake. Close to Lidl. Home electric car charger can be used for an extra contribution towards electricity bills.

I have two gorgeous cats, and ideally you will fall in love with them too!

I love cooking, watching films, the occasional PS5 game, going to gigs and festivals. It would be a bonus to have housemates who might want to hang out together every now and then but like their own space too. It’s an LGBTQ+ friendly house. No smoking allowed in the house at all or vaping in communal areas.
