1. Ensuite Double Room – bright, south-facing, with your own private bathroom - £ 800 pm
2. Single Room – also south-facing, bright and quiet, with shared modern bathroom - £550
Both rooms are furnished with storage and bed. We'll be happy to provide items to suit your needs.

* Large detached home with big open kitchen
* North-facing garden – great in the summer
* Superfast Wi-Fi & all bills included
* Occasional use of the living room is welcome especially when we’re away. We’d use it as a retreat to avoid disturbing you if our daughter is unsettled
* Cleaning of communal areas is on us
* You clean your room/bathroom (cleaning products provided)
* Safe and private — very little traffic in our cul-de-sac location
