Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Park Square. I’m only moving out because I’m relocating to Manchester . Otherwise I’d definitely be staying as it's been a great place to live.
The room is a good size, with an ottoman double bed, loads of built-in storage, and your own private bathroom (outside the bedroom). You also get your own private balcony. The flat is on the 6th floor, so it's nice and bright and a decent view of Milton Keynes.
The rest of the flat is fully furnished with a comfy open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a second balcony that’s connected to the other bedroom. It’s modern, relaxed, and easy to live in with a great layout, plenty of space.
Rent is £877.50 per month, and Wi-Fi is included in the building. Bills come to around an extra £180/month, which covers council tax (Band C), electricity, and water. The tenancy starts on 26th October and it’s a 12-month contract with no break clause. No couples, sorry!
You’ll be sharing with Delara, who is honestly the loveliest and most sociable person I’ve ever met. She works from home in the co-working space downstairs most days, and is always up for an evening out or some kind of plan. She’s super easygoing, respectful, and a lot of fun to live with.
The building itself is pretty new. It only opened summer last year and comes with loads of great amenities like a gym, rooftop terrace, co-working space, residents’ lounge, and post room. It’s a really friendly community and there are regular events if you fancy getting involved.
MK Central Station is about a 20-minute walk, and you’ve got Centre-MK and Midsummer Place, Theatre and Campbell Park all nearby.
