I am renting out my double spare room on the middle floor with main use of family bathroom in my three bed property. This also includes off road parking space, use of the kitchen, living areas & garden. (Smoking/vaping allowed in the garden)

Property is located on the new glebe farm estate. Which is walking distance to Kingston (3k walk) and Woburn Sands (3k walk). With no traffic it takes about 15 mins to get to mk/bletchly train stations and I’m right by the motorway.

£550 for Monday- Friday let.
