I am renting out my double spare room on the middle floor with main use of family bathroom in my three bed property. This also includes off road parking space, full use of the kitchen, living areas & garden. Looking for a clean tenant, WFH part time is fine and I’m happy to share my office when not in use. (Smoking/vaping allowed in the garden)

Property is located on the new glebe farm estate. Which is walking distance to Kingston (3k walk) and Woburn Sands (3k walk). With no traffic it takes about 15 mins to get to mk/bletchly train stations and I’m right by the motorway exit.

Price negotiable for the right tenant and will be reduced to £550 for Monday- Friday let.

I am WFH 4 days a week and have a small dog. I’m friendly and more than happy to have a lodger who’s sociable. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
