A lovely double room is available in my spacious, modern flat, where I’ve happily lived for over a year. I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy who will treat the home as their own — all the furniture in the flat belongs to me, so care and consideration are important.

What’s Included:
• All bills + high-speed internet included
• Weekly cleaner available for an additional £14pp/week
• Built-in wardrobes in the bedroom
• Bedroom furniture can either be removed or left, depending on your preference
• 2 bathrooms – I mainly use my own, so the communal one is rarely used

A bit about me:

I have a small cockapoo (8kg) called Snoopy. He is toilet-trained and crate-trained so only outside the crate when I am home 💖 besides that, I love a good movie night, trash tv shows, coffee walks and gigs!

I love having friends over for a dinner/movie night so ideally looking for someone who enjoys that too :)
