Hi, I’m Suzi (31). I'm a Milton Keynes local and work in a professional role, and I’m looking to rent out the spare double en-suite room in my house in Downhead Park, MK.

The room is really sunny and bright, with a calm, neutral feel. There’s plenty of space, and it comes with its own private bathroom.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen that’s great for everyday cooking, as well as a garden and outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is nice. There is also a car parking space available.

The location is very convenient — with excellent links into the city centre whether you’re walking, cycling, or using nearby bus route. There’s also easy access to green open spaces close by.

A bit about me: I’m friendly and sociable. I’m neither a morning person nor a night owl, and I’m reasonable and considerate when it comes to keeping the house tidy (not a clean freak, but not messy either). In my previous flat, my tenant stayed for five years, and I’m hoping to find someone similar who’s looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.
