We have a cosy and very comfortable and private studio conversion which will become available on 1st May. It id a bright, airy space but with blackout curtains for better sleep. It will be a private ‘home from home’ to the right person. All are welcome so long as they are considerate and tidy.
Council tax and bills are included.
Amenities include:
oak framed double bed, good storage including hanging rail and drawers. Small sofa, lamps, tables, smart TV etc.
Compact kitchenette includes dishwasher, generous fridge-freezer, induction hob, air-fryer, microwave, kitchen utensils, shelving, kitchen unit with tall stools under.
Bathroom with generous shower space, heated towel rail, WC and designer sink.
(NOTE that this is the only sink in the property.)
We are happy to share the following facilities free of charge with prior arrangement: use of washing machine, garden and barbecue. There is a small patio for you to use too. For an additional payment charging for EV is available. Car can be parked outside the main house.
We live close to local amenities including Tesco Local, cafe and pub and are very near beautiful canal-side paths and parks.
We are a short 10 minute drive from the city centre, CMK train station or M1 junction 14
