We offer a house share as live-in landlords in a large house opposite a green. We are a retired couple (early 60s) who travel 8-10 months a year. We use the main bedroom and ensuite.
We offer for rent
- Two double bedrooms
- Sole use of family bathroom
- Sole use of open-plan reception with study area
- Off road parking for 2 cars in drive
- Some storage space in garage
- Main reception, large dining-kitchen area, utility, cloakroom and garden are shared with landlord when in MK. Otherwise fully accessible for sole use.
Ideally we are looking for a couple or individual to share our family home with.
We welcome responsible, trustworthy and tidy lodgers. Unfortunately this is not suitable for smokers and pets due to allergies.
Rent for both rooms together is £1300 pcm plus a fair share of water, electricity and gas bills. Council tax and internet is paid by us as live-in landlords.
For the right people the rent may be negotiable.
This is ideal for people who enjoy living in a spacious home, fully furnished with all facilities and do not mind sharing the living room, kitchen diner and utility for the short times each year when we are in MK.
