Two rooms for a family, ensuite, shared kitchen

Hello,

I have available 2 rooms on the 1st floor of a house. I am only renting the 2 rooms together (so renting only 1 of the rooms is not possible).

This is suitable for a couple who want 2 rooms. The 2 rooms have a private wc and private shower.

There is a couple on the 2nd floor also with 2 rooms and a private bathroom.

Only 4 people maximum will be living in the house!

The shared facilities in the house are:

The ground floor large kitchen, conservatory dining room, and rear garden.

The ground floor extra room for your occasional visitors and/or storage (for cycles etc).
