Luxury Detached House, Large Double Bedroom

I have a one double room for let in a 4 bedrooms brand new house(I only let one bedroom out, so only myself living in the house), The house is located in Roade, house has underfloor heating through out the ground floor and luxury carpet upstairs. Large kitchen with tv and treadmill in the living room if you want to use to exercise.
The room is double, full furished with new furniture(include doube wardrobe, super king size Bed and bedside table) . The bathroom is next to the room which it will be only used by you for the most of time.
All the decorations are show home condition. All the bills included. Parking is available, I am a single woman with professional job and live with my small dogs. I am an easy going person, and like to hold conversions with other people. I like to keep house clean and tidy all the time, So if you are a very Clean, tidy and like to live in a quiet place, you will not be disappointed.
Monday to Friday occupy is also wellcome.
