Self contained Accomodation

Hi

I have a small self contained apartment that is on the first floor of my house,

It has a large bedroom with a kitchen, bathroom.

I live downstairs and have my own facilities, we only share a front door!

If you are looking for your own space, but dont want the cost of renting a flat, then this could be for you.

It is not suitable for children, couples, pets and absolutely NO smokers or anyone who works from home. I am looking for someone who works during the day.

I can consider anyone who wants Monday to Friday.

I live near the open university, so ideal for anyone studying or working there.
I currently have my house for sale, so looking for someone who wants a few months accommodation.
