Small, single room close to Milton Keynes centre

It is a small room with a chest of drawers and a single bed! It is not en-suite.

I will reply to all messages. People who have read the whole advert will take priority.

Rental is £375 per month. Deposit/terms negotiable but one months rent in advance is the minimum.

We are in a good location, close to central Milton Keynes, the hospital, the Open University and major bus routes. Even the train station is not too far (I used to walk there to catch the train to work)!

If you are friendly and considerate then you'll fit in well. If you like comedy, music, film or football too then that is a bonus but no problem if you don't!

The house is warm and light with a large, shared kitchen/diner. The front of the house looks onto a nice green park area with more big parks just a few minutes away.

There's no garage but there is a parking area nearby that you can see from the house!

My current lodger leaves on 6th September but I am away until 20th. so it means:

VIEWING IS MOST LIKELY FROM 20TH SEPTEMBER.
