Large ground floor room in clean and quiet shared house. Suit more mature single or couple. DSS accepted only with rent guarantor (and please note that your LHA will not cover the whole room rent). If let to a couple there is a rent adjustment of £5 per week to cover additional bills.

Off road parking, shared garden and bike storage. Large shared kitchen with own fridge and cupboards allocated. 2 bathrooms.

Communal areas cleaned regularly.

Current housemates all male between 26 and 50. Smokers are welcome but smoking is not permitted inside the house.

NB. Referencing fee of £150 will be required to hold room. If credit checks are passed and tenancy goes ahead £100 of this will be credited against the first months rent but it is otherwise non-refundable.
