Spacious comfortable double room (single occupancy) available in refurbished house in Springfield. Available for up to 6 months but probably not longer. Short stay (1-2 months) please add 50% to the cost.

Wireless broadband provided, lovely spacious and well equipped kitchen diner / sitting area with patio doors out to the garden. Outside there is a table and chairs for summer use.

Very well located for city centre, only 10-15 mins walk from Xcape / Snowdome and good transport links to the rest of the city. It also has a local shop about 5 minutes walk away. The no.4 bus stops in Springfield which goes to the city centre, railway station and Bletchley in the other direction, as well as other locations.

Fortnightly cleaning provided. Rent includes all bills, nothing else to pay.
