We are working professional family with polite and well behaved kids and are looking to rent out the single room.

You will have shared use of the Kitchen/Dining space and sole use of a detached bathroom/WC.

The room will come furnished with bed-stead, mattress and storage space (This excluded linen).

The Rent is £365.00pcm inc of all utility bills and WI-FI. (with the exception of council tax at £25pm)

The house is in plush location of Broughton Gate, neighborhood watch area, 20 min walk to coach-way, 5 minutes drive to Junction 13 & 14 of the M1 Motorway and few meters to bus-route C1, 25 & 300 (Cranfield University, Bletchley, Open University & City Centre and Train Station), 10 minute walk to retail park and Costco's

Rent is payable in advance, with a £365.00 Deposit.

We are Looking for the right person, that will suit our Household. Preferably working Professional or Students With Reference and willing to provide copy of identity.
