The communal areas of the house are cleaned but all residents respect each other and keep these areas tidy and clean up as they go along.

Available furnished with a double wardrobe, drawer chest of drawers, bedside table and bed. The room can be adapted to suit your needs and there is a large bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower on the same floor which is for your sole use. The room has just been completely redecorated in neutral colours.

The house is modern throughout; living with a friendly and professional family; all working. There is also a private garden. Off road parking available.

Gas, electric, council tax and water included as well as a lounge with flat screen TV's, with BT HD and wireless broadband all within the prices shown.

The house also benefits from washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer and dishwasher as well as a kitchen and utility room and two dining rooms. You would also have the sole use of a fridge and some kitchen cupboards.

There are two different bus routes available within walking distance from the house as well as a few small local shops, takeaway, within walking distance.
