Beautiful rooms in a beautiful and friendly home

I have 2 rooms that I will be renting out in my house in Broughton.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 office, large kitchen, conservatory/diner. Lounge and a good size south west garden.
Room 2, £550 pm. Is a large double and has an ensuit, build in sliding wardrobes and a new double bed.
Room 3, £450 is a double room, double bed and 2 sets of draws. You will also have use of the main bathroom and down stairs shower room.
In the kitchen there is a double oven, American fridge/freezer, an induction hob & dishwasher.

In the house there is currently my partner and I.

We are young professionals, who both work full time.
I am South African and enjoy having BBQ's when I can in the summer.

We like a relaxed environment and do enjoy a social drink now and then.

There are also 3 very small and very cute dogs that live in the house too... They are very well behaved.

I am looking for people who are professional, respect themselves and others.
