The House is very close to Willen Lake and the Grand Union Canal. It's 5 minutes from the M1 and 5 minutes from the central shopping centre. All the houses on the estate are approximately 4 years old. It is on a bus route and close to the local Willen Centre.
The room I have to offer is a double bedroom with wardrobe, storage, bed side table and mirror. Once renting the room you are welcome to move the furniture around and put up pictures.
Included in the rent is full use of the house, including TV, Broadband Internet, Dishwasher, Washing Machine. The property has a garden with shed (to store bikes) and off road parking for 3 cars.

This room is available Monday to Friday evening. I'm looking to have the house to myself Saturday and Sunday.
