I have a 5 bedroomed house with 2 bedrooms on the top floor with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms are very large and the whole length of the house, from which one is going to be available in the next few weeks.

Im around 6 minutes drive from Mk train station and you can walk to the station in around 45 minutes. Its 3 miles away from my house and there is a redway straight to the station.

Currently i have 2 lodgers and both are moving out due to one purchasing a house locally and the other relocating with work again.

I am only looking for a single professional person to rent one of the rooms as the other room I will now use for personal use and storage.

The bedroom to rent is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedsisde table and wardrobe, air conditioning, plus sole use of the bathroom.

The bathroom, has a shower, w/c and sink.

All bills are included in the cost and we also have the sky fibre unlimited package to ensure all the whole household benefits from fast internet access.
