The house has a spacious lounge and kitchen/diner, super fast broadband, large garden, parking space, washer dryer and power shower.
The bedroom is a single and comes furnished with a bed, small table and an ample sized fitted wardrobe.
I am a quiet friendly person and work full time during the week, and am mostly around in the evenings and weekends. I would like someone that is quiet and respectful, but would be nice to have someone to chat to occasionally.
