So we must be doing something right.
We are a family run business and have converted this wonderful large house to accomodate professional people. It has been converted to comply with all the health and safety standards needed in today's market.

Security key coded entrance through the main door. This room is located on the ground floor and again has key coded entrance going in. You go straight into the room which has a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a nice bay window overlooking the front which, would be ideal for a desk. A Seperate door leads you through to the ensuite shower.
Due to the size of this room we are looking for single occupancy only.
The room has just been decorated and has new carpet.
Early viewing is essential.

There is a great kitchen to use and a Seperate laundry room. There is also a nice private garden.
It is a great place to live and very safe and secure.

Price is inclusive of all utility bills, except council tax.
