Tidy, responsible Professional wanted...

Professional person wanted to share a lovely modern, clean and tidy house in Bradwell Common. It is in a quiet area with a very short walk to the city centre and Linford wood and a few minutes more for the train station. It is a single room with use of garden, kitchen, living room and dining room and bathroom with use of an unshared shower (not an en suite) I also have a double room I am considering renting at £450 a month.

Broadband use and Sky included along with all bills apart from land line phone and pay per view sky bills.

There is plenty of storage in the house and outbuildings including garage.

There are occasionally children in the house every other weekend and the odd week night so you would need to be ok with this.

This is ideal for somebody either Mon-Fri or full time working professional at the city centre or commuting to London.
