Our deluxe house Share on the popular Monkston Park estate offers a large professional house for working professional people and is offered to a high standard together with Wifi and Freeview and has the advantage of a communal lounge area with Tv and Sofa.

This en suite room is on the 3rd floor and has the benefit of spanning the entire length of the house with double aspect windows enabling the occupant to have not only a bedroom but a tranquil place to unwind and rest.
To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
