Double room in very quiet Oxley Woods eco home

I have a double room available immediately next week, as you can see from the images there I is some basic furniture so the room is ideal if you would like to bring your own and make the place yours! I would require a small deposit and also a months rent up front.

The house is situated in Oxley Park, the eco homes! I call it the Lego estate :)

There is a bus stop on the corner, local Tesco and eateries such as domino pizza, a Chinese and a brand new restaurant coming soon, these are a few minutes walk away while Westcorft is also 10 mins walk, with Morrison's and other larger chains like B&M..

I have a daughter, she has recently turned 2. She visits on Sundays at the moment although she has her own room and I am back in court in September to change my order to have her over the weekends hopefully every other week. My daughter is a very shy young lady and her needs must come 1st.

I am clean, I tidy up after myself. I would like someone to live here who is also clean and tidies up after themselves.

Although this has been my home for 5 years I like the open house feel so please don't be afraid to just be yourselves.
