A single room is available in our prestige Wrens Park property. The room is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. This detached property has a large communal Kitchen/Diner, downstairs WC and family bathroom on the first floor. The property has parking and is close to public transports. Rent includes all utility bills, WI FI, Gardener and Cleaner.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
