It is tastefully decorated and very homely.
The kitchen is very modern, clean and tidy. There is a large pantry for food storage and lots of fridge/freezer space.
The front room is very homely and relaxing and well decorated, with a large 8 person sofa and flatscreen Tv.
We have Sky, Freeview and Wireless Broadband.
We also have a garden which is well kept and also a shared space.
There are 2 toilets in the house and one bathroom which is very clean and modern with a power shower and bath.
The house is kept tidy and clean, and we enjoy to keep a homely, relaxing atmosphere.
LOCAL AREA & SHOPS:
We are in a quiet estate, in walking distance to the city centre. Only 5 minute drive to the city and main shopping centre, which is very useful.
There is a corner shop in 2 minute walking distance.
We are 10 minutes walk from the canal which is lovely in the summer and 15 minutes walking distance from Campbell park and Willen lake too which is great all the festivals and local events they hold.
TRAVEL:
Great location for getting into the city easily and 5 minutes from bus stops for public transport also into the city. We are also 5 minutes drive from the train station.
ABOUT US:
We are a female couple, very friendly and laid back, and welcoming. We are interested in health and fitness and often enjoy running and other forms of activity. Alex is a Personal Trainer & Sarah is a Health Coach.
We like going to the movies, spending time outside, we are sporty and like to keep active and going to gigs.
We respect our housemates privacy and we also enjoy our own space too, and have a good balance of socialising,
its a nice friendly balance in the house.
Our other housemate Maggie is 27 and is also very friendly, laid back and we all get on well.
We like to make everybody feel welcome and mostly to keep a happy house!
