Close to central MK + near the train station

Newly refurbished house in the sought after place Loughton, very close to central Milton Keynes and walking distance to the train station. Sociable house and friendly atmosphere, you will be living with professionals only. Lovely room in a detached house with a large living room, separate dining room and kitchen. There is also a utility room and an additional downstairs wash room. The house itself is spacious with plenty of natural light.

We have fast wireless broadband internet. All the bills are included (gas, electricity, TV licence, council tax, internet etc). There will also be a cleaner once every 2 weeks.

The bedroom and house is fully furnished. There are kitchen appliances, utensils, washing machine, dryer, 2x fridge’s, Large TV etc. There is also a garden for barbeques in the summer!

The area itself is quiet residential. Short walk to the train station. There are many bars and restaurants in central MK, taxi costing only £3 maximum to get there!

We are looking for a non-smoker and someone who can get along with other people. We are looking for someone who thinks of the place as a home rather than just a place to rent. Although there is a cleaner every 2 weeks, we are looking for someone who is tidy and willing to do their share of keeping communal areas tidy too. Single occupancy only. Sorry no couples and also no pets.
