Our deluxe house Share on the popular Monkston Park estate offers a large professional house share with en-suite Bedrooms and large double bedrooms. This property is for working professional people and will be offered to a high standard. We offer Wifi and Freeview at the property, and also the advantage of a communal lounge area with Tv and Sofa.

All rooms come equipped with Double beds, Chest of draws, Wardrobes and bedside table.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
